Our products are made to the highest standards and workmanship, but occasionally a faulty item slips through the process. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
When you purchase Oh Edie products directly from us at www.OhEdie.co.uk, we agree to give you a 3 month, no fuss replacement warranty.
Warranty is void if you do not follow our wash and care guidelines. Please notify us within 6 months of purchase and proof of original purchase is required.
Before you return the item, please contact us at hello@ohedie.co.uk, first with photographs of the fault and your order details.
This warranty is void for our nappies purchased preloved.
Claims covered by our warranty are as follows:
- Broken Zips
- Broken Poppers
- Stitching
- Faulty PUL
We do not cover the following in our warranty such as, however not limited to
- Pilling
- Fading
- Bobbling and balding from usage
- Relaxing of elastic
- Staining
- Colour runs
- Print placement
- Accidental damage
- Any modifications made after purchase
- Damage to your product from not following our wash and care guide such as, but not limited to, bleaching, soaking and tumble drying.
- Leaks (this is usually due to fit or additional absorbency requirements - we are happy to help with this please email us at hello@ohedie.co.uk)
