Return and Refund Policy

To return your monster325 product, please contact us at hello@ohedie.co.uk to receive shipping details. 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be received by us within 30 days of the notification of return.   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, postage costs are non-refundable. Please note: return delivery charges are your responsibility. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage (free) and send any returns using a tracked service. Unfortunately, if the items do not reach us, we would be unable to process a refund.   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase   If you purchased your Oh Edie items from one of our stockists then you should contact them to arrange a return.   All Sale items are final sale and therefore not eligible for return, exchange or store credit  

Delivery Note: We ship internationally. If you are outside the UK and the website does not recognise your address and would like to place an order, please email us using the contact form and we will be in touch with a quote.
